A specialised team for business systems
Appliment d.o.o. is a software development company based in Zagreb, Croatia. We develop custom business applications and CRM systems, and assume the maintenance and modernisation of existing systems.

Area of activity
We started as a team implementing off-the-shelf business systems: CRM, DMS, WMS and tools for document and task management. Those projects kept showing the same thing: a standard system covers most of the need, and the part left over is usually the most important part of the client’s business.
So today our focus is custom development. We build business applications, CRM systems and integrations that cover exactly what off-the-shelf products cannot, and we build them to stay maintainable for years after delivery.
We are also a Bitrix24 Gold Partner, five years running and the only one in Croatia, so some clients arrive through a Bitrix implementation and stay for the development we add on top.

Transparent cooperation
Scope, timelines and price are agreed in a written contract before work begins. In a meeting we present concrete projects and, with client consent, put you in direct contact with them.
We propose only justified solutions
Where we assess that custom development is not justified and that an off-the-shelf product better meets the requirement, we will advise accordingly at the introductory meeting. A long-term relationship is of greater value to us than an individual project.
Support after delivery
We maintain the systems we develop throughout their service life. They are therefore designed to accommodate subsequent modification and extension.
Standard technologies
Source code and documentation remain your property, without dependency on supplier tooling. This enables another team to assume maintenance where required.
