CRM
CRM implementation that remains in sustained use
Most unsuccessful CRM projects fail not because of the software but because of the manner of deployment. Our engagement begins where licence delivery ends.
CRM is the one business system people can quietly refuse to use without anyone noticing for months. Data gets entered partially, reports stop being accurate, and the system is eventually abandoned.
So our rollout does not start with settings but with the sales process: how deals actually happen here, who does what, and which data someone genuinely needs. Everything else follows from that.
How we do it
Sales process analysis
Stages, responsibilities and the data actually used. Fields nobody will fill in are removed before they become a problem.
Configuration and customisation
The CRM is shaped around your process, with automation that shortens users’ work rather than adding to it.
Data migration
Contacts, opportunities and history from spreadsheets and old systems are migrated clean, without duplicates.
Training and adoption
Role-based training rather than one presentation for everyone. After go-live we track whether the system is genuinely used and intervene while it is still early.
Custom development on top
When standard features are not enough we build modules and integrations: ERP connections, specific reports, tailored workflows.
Frequently asked questions
Do you work with Bitrix24?
Yes. We have been a Bitrix24 Gold Partner five years running and are the only Gold Partner in Croatia. Bitrix24 implementations, modules and integrations are covered on our Bitrix24 page and on b24.appliment.eu, while here we also deliver CRM projects on other platforms and custom development on top of them.

How long does a CRM rollout take?
For a smaller team with a clear process, six to ten weeks to real usage. For several departments, history migration and ERP integration, realistically three to five months.
We already have a CRM nobody uses. Can you fix it?
Often yes, and usually cheaper than replacing it. We first establish why it is not used, typically because the system asks for data nobody needs, or misses the step that matters most to people.
What affects the cost of a CRM implementation?
The main factors are the number of users, the number of departments and processes the CRM covers, the amount and quality of data to transfer, integrations (e-mail, ERP, web forms), the scope of customisation and training, and the chosen platform and its licences. That is why we estimate only after the analysis of your sales process.
