Custom CRM

Custom CRM aligned with your processes rather than a predefined template

When off-the-shelf CRMs ask you to change how you work, and customisation costs more than the licence, it pays to build a system that follows your process from the start.

Off-the-shelf CRM systems are built for the average case. If you sell through agents, run service and warehouse in the same flow, or price on ten variables, the average does not help. People start working outside the system, in spreadsheets.

Custom CRM development makes sense when the process itself is your advantage, or when annual licences and customisations already cost more than owning the system. Before proposing a build we always check whether it genuinely pays off.

How we do it

Sales and pipeline

Stages, quotes, price lists and approvals as they actually work in your company, including the cases a standard CRM does not cover.

Warehouse and stock

Stock levels, reservations and dispatch linked to sales, so sales can see what they can genuinely promise a customer.

Service and support

Work orders, service history per device or client, and technician scheduling, in the same system, without re-entry.

Management reporting

Reports over real data from every module, without manually stitching spreadsheets at month end.

Migration from your current system

Clients, history and documents migrated from your existing CRM or spreadsheets, with a parallel run while the team adjusts.

Frequently asked questions

When is a custom CRM worth it over an off-the-shelf one?

When customising a product costs more than building one, when you need sales, warehouse and service combined in a way no single product covers, or when licences for a larger team become a significant annual cost. If none of that applies, we will tell you honestly that you do not need it.

How long does custom CRM development take?

A first usable version covering sales is typically ready in three to five months. Warehouse, service and reporting follow in later phases while the team is already using the system.

What happens to data in our current system?

We migrate clients, history and documents with verification and a rollback path. The old system can run in parallel until the migration is confirmed.

Custom CRM or an off-the-shelf CRM?

An off-the-shelf CRM such as Bitrix24 is faster and cheaper when your processes are close to common practice. A custom CRM makes sense when sales, warehouse and service must run in one system under your own rules, when integrations are complex, or when adapting a ready-made product would cost more than building. We run an analysis before the decision, and if custom development is not justified we will say so.

How much does a custom CRM cost?

The price depends on the number of users and roles, the number of modules (sales, warehouse, service, reporting), integrations with an ERP or webshop, transfer of historical data and training. We give a binding estimate after the process analysis, and larger systems are delivered in phases.
